Believe it or not, lack of excellence has nothing to do with talent, personality, conditions, or luck.  Excellence is always a choice.  Quality is never an accident; it is always the result of high intention sincere effort, intelligent direct and skillful execution.  It represents the wise choice of many alternatives.                                                                                                                                    -Willa A.
